COACH BRAI
FORMER COLLEGE SOCCER ATHLETE | BACHELORS IN EXERCISE SCIENCE | NASM PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT SPECIALIST | Born and raised in Colombia futbol became my passion at a very young age, and playing in the streets of my hometown was my every day life. Playing gave me a sense of freedom, self expression, and helped forget the negativity that surrounded me. However, I was blessed with the opportunity of moving to the states where soccer kept being a part of my life. Unfortunately I had to deal with some serious injuries but the passion was too ingrained for me to stop. My life goal is to ingrain that same passion in young soccer players helping them avoid injuries and becoming elite through creative high level training.
